Common questions
How does the free trial work?
Connect your site and Percy works for you free for 7 days — the full product, no credit card. When the week is up, pick a plan to keep him. If you add your card before the trial ends, you keep your remaining free days; billing starts when the trial would have ended.
What's the difference between the plans?
Nothing except sites. Every plan is the full product — the ranked queue, fixes written for you, research, live SERP and keyword data, fix verification, and measured results. Solo covers 1 site, Starter 3, Pro 10, Agency 25.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that Percy pauses — everything he built stays visible, nothing is deleted.
What if my payment fails or I cancel?
Percy pauses. You can still sign in and see your plan, results, and everything he found — but he stops working until you resubscribe. Nothing is deleted; reactivate and he picks up where he left off.
What is the research the engine runs?
Each plan runs research jobs per site: the niche finder (low-competition keywords where the current top results are verifiably weak), the competitor scan (dead or thin pages ranking above you on queries you're already #4–10 for), and the snippet sweep (queries showing answer boxes your pages aren't shaped to win). You get the conclusions with evidence, not a pile of exported keywords.
Do you write to my site?
Never. Access to Search Console is read-only, and fixes are paste-ready output you apply in your own CMS. After you paste, we re-crawl the live page to confirm the change landed — verification, not an honor-system checkbox.
Do you do annual billing?
Yes — switch the toggle above the plans. Annual is priced at ten months, so you get roughly two months free.
What if I need more than 25 sites?
Email us and we’ll figure it out — we don’t hide behind a sales motion.
